We checked in to the hotel on September 29 2026. My room should have been cleaned and serviced on Friday 10/2. When I returned to the room on Friday at 5pm I found my room had NOT been cleaned - no clean towels, mold in the shower area and we were running out of toilet paper and the room was stinking because of 4 days of garbage.. I went to the main desk and was told that my room should have been cleaned - it was on the list. The woman at the front desk was very kind - she gave me clean towels and toilet paper. I asked for a large garbage bag because the garbage in our room was over flowing and smelled. I requested to have the room cleaned on Saturday and asked that the general manager - Paul - call me because I was very unhappy. I watched the front desk employee put notes into the computer and was told she would let the manager know . I went up to the room and emptied all the garbage into the large garbage bag - and I put the dirty towels into the other garbage bag. On Saturday 10/3 I returned to our room around 6 after being out all day to find the room STILL HAD Not been cleaned! Someone had stopped int the rpm and taken the garbage bag - but the linens were not changed - the coffee was not replaced the room had NOT been serviced. Again i went to the front desk - the same employee was there . She called the General Manager paul while I was at the desk - he wouldn't speak with me. Said that he would call me Monday the 5th. Today is 10/16 and I still haven't heard from him! I told the front desk employee I wanted it noted that I expected some sort of compensation for my abuse. This was a clear violation of the hotel policy - which is to service the room every 3 days. I went back to my room and called the corporate office . I spoke with Lee - who said she would contact the hotel regarding this. I explained the situation and requested that i be compensated 2 nights - since my request for cleaning had been ignored twice. I was told she had to give the hotel a chance to make it right. ..which is funny because the time to make it right was to clean my room as per your policy! I had already been staying in a room that smelled of garbage and had no clean anything. I was assured the room would be cleaned the next day - which was Sunday - I said big deal I check out Monday morning. the room was cleaned on Sunday. i checked out very early Monday .

The hotel was hotel was clean and the staff were very hospitalable and friendly. The breakfast is also good and included in the price. The facilities like the and gym look clean but we didn't get chance to use them unfortunately. Overall, it's a good stop off hotel to check out the local area. Only thing that could be improved is the bathroom in our room could of done with refurbishment.

There is black mold all over the bathroom! I picked this particular hotel because of the hot tub, and it was still out of service as I had read previous reviews of the same issue and figured it would be resolved after a month upon arrival. The 2 rooms I rented are dirty. I booked through expedia, so I already paid for 5 days and can't afford to go to another hotel at this point. Customer service said her manager would be available in the morning. Disgusting rooms. Do not come here!

I booked two nights at this hotel so I could have one full day to get work done. There was no where on their website or otherwise that said they were redoing their roof. I woke up at 7:00 a.m. to clanging and then incessant banging for hours. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful to the extent they were able to be, but the manager, who goes by Paul (not his actual name), couldn't have been less helpful. He offered to move me to the first floor that evening. That absolutely did not help the whole reason I was there. He would not comp me another night on the first floor so that I could I have a full day's work as intended. I was moved down to the first floor at 1:00 in the afternoon right before I was going to check out. I decided to stay not realizing that my room was directly in front of the lifts and the giant trash cans they were going to fill with all the roofing material for 3 hours that evening. I was told by one of the employees that nobody was supposed to be booked on that side of the building. When I brought it up to the manager again, he told me no one could do anything about it and that he didn't have a manager! He refused to tell me his name or give me any contact information for his higher-ups. So unprofessional and I would never stay here again. I've been building businesses for over 20 years and this man would have been fired immediately. I felt bad for the ladies who were working in the front. They wanted to help but they were absolutely powerless.

I never received my 100 deposit back after leaving room exactly the same beds even made. Beyond disappointed. Tried to call to ask why I didn’t receive it back and was put on hold and eventually hung up on by the foreign gentleman. Was beyond irritated by the customer service so I called back twice nobody answered I was sent to a voicemail. Save your money and stay any where else
