The War Memorial in downtown Indianapolis is very impressive & not to be missed if in town. The state capitol is also nearby. It is a great memorial to the Indiana veterans of all wars.

BE WARNED! This was BY FAR the WORST hotel we have EVER stayed in. Here is why:1) The refrigerator was dirty with MOLD and MILDEW.2) The sink counter was FILTHY. 3) The filter on the A/C was caked with DUST 4) The bathroom vent was encrusted with DUST. 5) The TV did NOT WORK. 6) There was only ONE TISSUE left in the box, and when we asked the desk clerk for another box she said NO. 7) There was no carpet in room and the floor was STICKY in some areas and SLIPPERY in others.8 ) The table in the room was DIRTY and STICKY. 9) There was only ONE washcloth (in a room intended for 2 people because there were 2 beds). 10) The hand towels were TINY. 11) The bath towels were unbelievably THIN and non-absorbent. 12) The hairdryer DID NOT WORK. 13) There was NO SOAP for the shower, only an unbelievably TINY little bar at the sink intended for 2 people. 14) The hallway to the room was vinyl and NOT GLUED DOWN. It was UNEVEN with huge air pockets underneath that made it DIFFICULT TO WALK ON.15) Lightbulb was MISSING on lamp.16) The girl at the front desk was UNHELPFUL and could barely speak English. When talking to the desk clerk about the empty tissues and the TV that didn't work, a guest in line behind me said that he too had housekeeping issues and that this was the worst hotel he and his wife have stayed at.When they emailed a survey, we gave it 1 star out of 5. Would have given it ZERO stars if that option was available! Even though I am a Choice Hotel Privilege member, I received nothing but a standard We apologize for your disappointment response from corporate. We will NEVER stay at another Quality Inn because of this HORRIBLE experience. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED! Quality Inn is ANYTHING BUT quality. What a dump!

This hotel was okay, but not the best. I felt cheated during breakfast hours. Although it's from 6a to 9a, food items such as eggs and meats are not replenished after 7:30a. Most weekenders are sleeping in until after 8a. As well, the sausage gravy they serve is considered a meat item. Buy your own desired breakfast items ahead of time and eat in your room if you plan on staying here.As for paying by debit card, the hotel's accounting is not the best either. At check-in, I thought my room was fully paid for on the spot. However, that money took over two weeks to process and withdrew at an inopportune time!

The quality inn hotel charged my card even after I sent email for my issue in U.S immigration on time but they never accept my request.So pathetic behavior and no one even responded my email request and I got a total loss.They are very worst in service and guest care.Next time only choose hotel with free cancellation otherwise you will be in a great trouble.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked 2 nights online through Choice; my account was charged immediately. I found BLOOD on the comforter and pillow case. Checked out early, reported the blood to the front desk. They said they'd refund me for 1 night. I have now been charge 3 nights. I cannot get ahold of a manager. I talked to Choice customer service who cannot verify what my refund will be (I explained I need 2 of the 3 nights I've been charged refunded). I disputed my charges with my bank and emailed the manager of this hotel. Save yourself the trouble. Disgusting!
