Our 3- day stay here at this hotel clearly revealed us that this hotel is a hybrid Hilton hotels and the rest of the Hilton brands. It for sure is planned for cost-cautious guests who needed a free parking spot under the Hilton umbrella. First impressions are always important. Their hotel shuttle as they mention “free shuttle to and from MSP” is in fact a hybrid one as well. It does not only serve as a airport-hotel shuttle. They do have another passenger van for Mall of America which I never used but the airport shuttle I took from airport to the hotel had me wait for them 80 minutes although my name was on the list for 3 PM pick up plus I had a conversation with the shuttle driver beforehand. So, then I realized this airport shuttle could also be used for the purpose of transferring guests within a radius of 5 miles. Game over. You cannot have your airport people wait for you while picking and dropping your other guests within a 5 mile radius. If one shuttle has to do that, let that be the MOA shuttle and ler this one only serve back and forth from the hotel to the airport. Using or waiting the shuttle for amusement and for meds are two different things. Or if this is how the business runs, do mention this on your page saying that “your wait time at the airport could be as long as 90 minutes” so traveling guests are aware of. When I mentioned about this to the gentlemen at the front desk he mentioned that the shuttle is for anyone’s use in the radius of 5 miles with no apologies or ezcuses although I did get one apology through their whatsapp line while I was still at the airport but only when I had to reach them after waiting for 55 minutes past from my pick up time. I very well know these pick up times could change according to traffic congestion etc but that specific day there was no that serious congestion on either east or west of I-494. Long story short, you could be hopelessly waiting for your shuttle to arrive at the airport but your driver might be busy for transferring other guests to other local destinations to please them and in return some more.Other than this- as a frequently traveling Hilton diamond member the executive lounge either needs be closed just like the other airport Hilton or set to the standards of an average Hilton executive lounge. The food and drinks in the lounge are so limited that you feel like you need another round of the same all. It is a small one and depending upon if there is a business group of people or not staying at the hotel could be very crowded and noisy. Nevertheless, the younger far eastern lady associate at the lounge whose name I will not include here for privacy reasons was very friendly and doing a responsible job in contrast to the older gentleman who served the lounge on our first day. He would sit there on one of the tables guest would sit and peek around see who is doing what and that was annoying.Our room was OK as I paid for an upgrade to a corner higher floor but even that was not the best it could be for Hilton avarage.While I cannot say my stay here at this hotel was terrible, I’d like to end my words here to emphasize that Hilton members Diamond/gold or the new Diamond reserve you would not be getting your best experience at Hilton totals at this location but if you are in need of an urgent stay by the interstate without worrying for parking fees as well as not having time to use the lounge, then come on in. I will not be using this property any longer.

This is an excellent hotel for business travel. The whole site is extremely well maintained and clean. The staff are very supportive and friendly. The free shuttle service is excellent. Breakfast was very good, with a sensible selection of options and a good atmosphere. In summary - highly recommended!

I was in this hotel for just under a week on business and I really enjoyed the ambiance. The staff were very nice and friendly. I had a few packages delivered while I was there and one package was pretty slim and got stuck and hidden. I had a tough day and was needing the package for my work. When I went to the front desk to retrieve the package, Ha was working and he assured me he would help me get it. I had checked with Amazon and it had been determined it was delivered to the front desk. I was advised to give some time and I did. I received a call from him in a timely matter giving me an update on what was going on. I waited patiently and not too long after I received a knock at my door. Ha was standing there with my package! He found it and hand delivered it to me :) I thought it was so nice and thoughtful he really went the extra mile for me and I appreciate it so much. <3 I also wanted to mention the housekeeping staff member, Mui. She was so sweet and kind. For a moment I thought I left my phone In my room and I came back as she was cleaning and she was so helpful in looking even though it wasn’t there. She was so sweet in all my interactions with her and I appreciated it so much :) don’t forget to tip the staff people! ❤️ I overall had a wonderful experience and the hotel room itself was so comfy and had a great view. I would absolutely stay there again if I had the chance. It’s right next to mall of America and so many other places that make it convenient. Also the building is so tall that it makes it hard to lose track of haha. I will say that you gotta watch yourself when getting on the elevator though. I dk what the time limit is on them but those doors will close on you if you aren’t fast enough! This location had a pool and the biggest hottub I’ve ever seen. It even had a ballroom and poolside rooms that have almost direct access to. I’ve never experienced an indoor pool quite like this one. It’s in a giant room and you can be looked down on from balconies above you. Breakfasts are not complimentary (I’m not personally worried about it seems how I don’t eat breakfast) but I did inquire about it and they said there’s vouchers people can get for it, otherwise I’m sure they have an option somehow to pay. Anyways, I enjoyed my time there and I would definitely consider staying here in the future if my future takes me there :) thank you again, Ha and Mui for making the hotel even better :)

Great place. Booked at 11pm when we arrived in area and reserved hotel had no AC. Clean and well maintained. Easy access to freeways.Gym well equipped. Will stay here again when in area!
