Worst experience ever. We purchased a Mac book Air 2 weeks ago and it was a dud. So my wife went in today and they told her that she would have to come back tomorrow. I called and spoke to a lady named Heather while my wife was still there. So they got my wife a new computer. The problem I have is that I never should have had to call them. My wife is Asian and she doesn’t get the same treatment that other people do. Or at least it has happened before in the past. Me being a disabled veteran should not have to call up there to get someone to help her. You would think that for us purchasing a new computer that they would offer a gift card or something. But Apple thinks they are doing us a favor. When I ran car dealerships I would never have treated my customers like this. We own about 10 Apple products which we love but they have gotten so big that they don’t care about their customers. I will also be sending a letter to the disabled veterans of America.Thank you

It’s a strip mall… the area is designed for the car, not walkable, and not many stores. I don’t understand the point - the name and marketing online make it seem like a luxury shopping district, but it’s just a small strip mall with a theater to anchor the smaller stores. I mean, yea, the only Apple Store in Little Rock (maybe in the state) is located here but that’s it. Local Lime is AMAZING! That’s it! Apple Store once every 3-4 years for a new device and local lime during the week for lunch or dinner….. Theater is okay, but I think there are better, newer, theaters in the town if you’re seeking comfort. again, cluster of buildings in the middle of suburban sprawl and paved parking lots …. what makes this area look nice is the pine trees and dense vegetation, but the developers seem to be using outdated planning techniques and they’re just leveling them. also, coming from a large city of nearly 18 million people, I hate that walking and biking are the lowest priority in these southern towns and cities. It’s so…. 50s or 60s …. The endless blocks of housing and chain box stores…. Parking lots…. Traffic……. Stop lights……. Terrible city design and this strip mall just fits right into that ugly image

Was a great collection of good stores, quiet and a pleasant shopping experience. Now many shops are understaffed, center is overly crowded, blaring extremely loud music and parking lot is somewhat lacking in safety.

We come here as a family during the spring and fall and walk and have a nice meal on one of the restaurants patios. The food is all good and it’s just a generally pleasant place to spend a little time.

Compared to Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, this seems a little less well-kept and tired. However, it was a treat to be able to shop at Kendra Scott's and I did have a wonderful lunch of seaweed salad with sushi!
