Very frustrating. Prior to booking appointment, I verified the introductory rate of $83 since I was new to the location. Following session, the manager (Kristin) insisted I pay the higher rate of $143 since I had been to a Massage Envy in Austin 9 months earlier. She also insisted I purchase an annual membership to get the rate I was offered when I booked. She blamed everything on “corporate” and refused to honor rate. I will NEVER return to a Massage Envy based on this encounter and Kristin’s poor customer service.

I have to begin with this is a late post and I am a member of the Massage Envy chain. I try to use my membership in every city I travel too when time permits. Unfortunately, I waited until the last minute and was not able to receive services at this location as they were extremely booked. However, I received exceptional customer service when I phoned in about an appointment by Rachel. She apologized and offered several different options. These options included different locations and therapist at these alternate locations that may fit my needs. Sarah also was a great help. She waited on me when I came into the location to purchase a treatment for a waitress I met while having lunch. (Random acts of kindness go a long way with giving others hope.) Sarah offered to make me an appointment if I would be returning to the area soon. These ladies were great. This location is actually very easy to find. I look forward to coming back and actually getting my massage.

I had an excellent massage there. The therapist (Melissa) was very attentive and addressed any particular pain areas that I mentioned. However, when I left the spa, I smelled like cooking oil. Went straight to the shower!
