Lion Heart Gym is a 24/7/365 facility with members who have common interests and respect for the unique atmosphere and access to the equipment and heavy weights you need to train. Lion Heart isn't your average gym. You will make progress, be it PR's in powerlifting, getting stronger, shedding weight, getting ready for the upcoming season, beefing up, or just relieving stress.
