We used Badger State when I was out of town and needed my daughter and her mom picked up from the airport. They were wonderful. Met them at the baggage claim. Car was perfect. Got them home safely. I was very grateful. Highly recommend.

Arranged pickup from a Viking expedition ship in port of Milwaukee to go to the airport. Great communication, nice driver and Large SUV, and pricing no more than the ships bus, but much more convenient. Would use them again.

If I could rate this company with a zero, I would. I booked a limo to pick me up at the Milwaukee airport on the 13th of April, 2020. I booked a stretch limo due to my concerns over covid-19. I hate to fly and was extremely anxious. I flew from FL and had a layover in Atlanta. I arrived at MKE at 10:30 and here is where the nightmare began. I went directly to baggage claim exactly where I was instructed to be by the company. There was no one there to pick me up which caused undue stress to my already stressful day of flying during this horrible pandemic. I started to call the company to inquire about my ride, when a man came directly over to me and started yelling at me. He had no mask and no gloves on which was shocking. He went on a tirade about how I had passed him by. Seriously, this is how this driver from Badger State Limousine treated me upon greeting me. I said I was sorry I did not see him (why would I as I was to be met at baggage claim), to which he repeated Well, you did pass me by and would not let it go. It was almost as if his ego or feelings were hurt. Very rude, very irrational and the fact he was yelling at me from 2 feet away was extremely upsetting. Then he just grabbed my bags and off he went to the limo. Still mumbling on the way. So, here I am at 10:15 at night, no one around the airport, with no other to get home, and I have to get in a stranger's vehicle. A stranger who obviously is a deranged individual. Even once in the limo, he was still going on about how I passed him by. The limo was freezing. The hour ride was the scariest ride in my life. Because it was night, and the windows were tinted, I really had no idea where he was going. I seriously thought he was going to harm me. Once we were at my home in Fond du Lac, he apologized to me as he had called his boss and was told I was exactly where I should have been all along. He is a troubled man and any company that would hire such an individual should not be in business. Please, do not use this company ever! I can only hope I have spared another person from experiencing this horrific experience. I really felt a duty to write this review.

We had a Limo booked 6 months in advance for our Wedding, and two weeks before our event, the company called us and told us that our Limo was not going to make it. In a scramble we searched for an alternative, and kept getting the same answer, We do not have anything available. I had left a message with Badger Limo and was surprised to receive a phone call from the owner. He listened intently to our dilemma, and when I was finished he told me to give him a couple hours and he would try to work something out for us. I hung up the phone and thought yeah this is not going to go anywhere, but to my surprise Adam called me back and said he could fit us in the schedule. Our day went beautifully everything was just picture perfect, our Limo was spectacular, and our driver was a complete professional, he even helped with loading and unloading our things, and made the children in our party feel special. I am blown away at the service and the patience that this limo company showed us on our Wedding day. Thank you to everybody at Badger Limo for contributing to our amazing event, I now know who to call in Milwaukee for limos, without question the best service we have ever had.

I would give you 10 stars if I could for all your services!!! Thank you for providing the limo for the transportation to and from the airport. Also the limo to take us back from our son's wedding reception at the brewery. You truly came through for us and made our trip to Milwaukee so special. Can not thank you enough!!!
