The place is completely deserted. Hardly any visitors, many vacancies/ empty buildings and empty shops. Desolate, even on a Saturday afternoon. The only visitors appeared were there for the Saturday farmers market. After 20 minutes we were gone.

Was a beautiful aesthetically pleasing Spanish vibe in the past. We enjoyed relaxing at a bar or just sitting outside.Now the major renovation to modernize is a testimony to sterile concrete ugliness pushing us to get out of there as fast as possible.

My experience was amazing and Maddie and Melissa were amazing up front. They were able to help with what I wanted to get done. They were also very professional about everything.

It's unfortunate that Bell Tower can't fill its stores. There are some great locations along the outside of this shopping center (Dave & Buster's, Fresh Market, Ulta, Bed Bath & Beyond), but the middle of the complex is almost entirely empty. There are a couple odd shops that I can't imagine get too much business (a cigar pairing parlor? seriously?) The owners really need to consider bringing in some outlet stores, maybe, to compete with the (always extremely packed) Miromar Outlets crowd. Bell Tower is in desperate need of a coffee shop and some good retail locations. Bell Tower used to be almost exclusively high scale stores -- think Saks Fifth Avenue. But with the movie theater and burger and pizza restaurants, the upscale shopping just never fit the location! The Dave & Busters brings exactly the kind of crowd befitting a shopping center off a movie theater complex. The average age of a Fort Myers resident is around 32-37 years old; Bell Tower needs to be putting in stores for a younger demographic than the old Chico's or Saks. Think Miromar Outlets: American Eagle, Aerie, H&M, Nike, Footlocker, Zumiez, Vans, the Gap. A coffee shop, maybe a bakery or donut shop like Everglazed or Voodoo. With the D&B and the movie theater, Bell Tower has the potential to be a thriving entertainment center for Fort Myers, but they have got to bring in the foot traffic. More retail, more restaurants, more entertainment. Right now, it's a ghost town. A beautifully renovated ghost town in a great location ... but still. Ghost town.

This shopping mall has shops on the outside with an access road, but also a road that goes into an area of shops. We generally stayed to the outside, going mainly to The Fresh Market and Bed Bath & Beyond. You really need to be careful driving in the Mall area as many people will just floor it and not look for traffic, and also will blow the stop signs. Apparently the police don't sit in the area so the moving violations are pretty flagrant. Also, you have high numbers of pedestrians during the season and most will step off the curb in front of your car without looking. Not a good combination. We like going to The Fresh Market, an upscale grocery market that clearly out-competes Whole Foods for quality. It is on one end of the outside and Bed Bath is anchoring the other end. The intersection where Bed Bath is located is very dangerous; I have had more than one vehicle blow the stop sign that they have. And if you want to get onto Daniels Parkway AND use a stoplight you need to make a right turn there. We like shopping at Bed Bath BUT they have only had ONE cashier working at any time we have been there! And they do a booming business in Fort Myers. Really bad. We will continue to go to The Fresh Market but will be looking for a safer way to do it!
