My event was delayed an hour due to the driver never picking up my fiancé and groom party, so they had to drive themselves to the wedding event. After reaching out to the owner I have not received correspondence following up to the incident. My requests were no honored clearly stated on the contract and the mistake was never corrected nor acknowledged. The venue and I were truly disappointed with how things were handled, and the timeline of the day shifted and ended half an hour late and we were nearly stranded at the end of the night due to their error of making the groom late. THE CONTRACT STATES THE GROOMS ADDRESS AND THEY STATED THEY WERE LOST AND NEVER PICKED THE GROOM UP NOR CALLED TO CONFIRM A WAY TO CORRECT THIS. I would highly recommended seeking services for transportation elsewhere especially for a special day like a wedding. For many vendors such as this they disrespect you and have no regard because they do wedding so often it's not special to them but for me this was my one and only wedding and they truly made the day stressful and chaotic.

I had this company booked to take me to a business meeting and mentioned up front that it may have to move the date. Once the meeting had to be moved they kept my money and refused to make the change. Stay away this is a scam

Our travel agent recommended this company as a shuttle to and from JFK Airport. We let him make the reservation and then I looked at reviews - many of which worried me. I talked with the travel agent and he assured me that his customers have been satisfied. I don't know why our experiences were different from other reviewers, but we have nothing negative to say. Both drivers were right on time, good communicators, professional in appearance and actions, and good drivers. The vehicles were very clean and comfortable SUVs that seemed as if they were new. In the dark, it's hard to tell but no wear and tear or maintenance issues were obvious. I thought the price was good when you compare to wear and tear on your own car and the price of gas, tolls, and parking. But a big reason for us to choose a shuttle is that when you return from Europe, it's late and you're tired. Driving home is dangerous in that state and not knowing the routes makes it more challenging. And wouldn't you know, we came home with miserable colds and being able to nap along the way as someone else drove was a blessing. Again, I don't know why our experience was so different from some, but we were pleased 100%. No, I don't know the owners of the company -- this trip was the first time I had heard of the service.

Be extremely careful with their service, they do not have refund policy. For any reason if you had to cancel their service then they wont refund your money. It like use it or loose it. Secondly their service is not reliable. I would rather get a rental car and drive myself or get a grey hound compare to their limo service. Best
