The staff we nice. Overwise, I would not recommend the hotel. To start off they have the nerve to charge $50 for self parking in a dead corporate park. Marriott has gotten so cheap, and really hates their customers to pull off this level of CORPORATE GREED. Why do I still stay at their janky overpriced hotels. This hotel is old and really needs an update, more like an aging motel. They don't even have automatic doors in the front. The rooms were dated and dingy. The gym was nice, I will give them that. If you want to save money on parking the Spring Hill hotel a block away charges $25 a night, which is still a ripe off but better than $50. Or do what I did and park in the neighborhood behind the parking garage, 5 min walk but saved me $100+.

3 nights late June 2026. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will return. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were in an accessible room, so standard rooms may offer different shower, closet, or other features. PRO:* Quiet, large comfortable rooms.* Blissful sleep! Comfortable mattress, thoughtful bedding.* Great shower with separate handheld wand plus overhead. * Large hotel, welcoming, very comfortable with understated refined and grand spaces.* Food is good, ditto coffee.* Great location: 5 min to Rt-101. * Quiet, safe neighborhood. Lakeside. Beautiful landscaping.* Nearby park(s) for kids are shady and clean (5 min from hotel).* Long walks/runs possible from hotel through nice neighborhood with little car traffic.CON: * Closet if in accessible room: small, no rack for dresses/pants, only over & under racks.* $$$ parking: $50/night for valet or self-park in covered structure next door.* Klugey separate registration for self-parking at front desk check-in, billed by 3rd party. Tip: Know your car license number to have for registration. Allow extra time when you retrieve your self-parked car the first time. * Valet staff is very friendly, but hotel's drop off and pickup system is inefficient.

Larger hotel, rooms had everything i need and breakfast in bar / seating area offered plenty of options. Staff at reception where friendly and hotel offers a nice gym and pool with a view on the small lake. There is also a nice terrace area outside to enjoy a drink or food. Hotel is located in the flight path of small recreational airport so you get the occasional Cessna type airplane passing overhead. Big compliment to bar staff who did a great job. One downside to this hotel is the parking garage across the street. It's managed by an online platform not tied to the hotel and requires a sign up and check out procedure - i didn't like the experience at all and hotel staff can't really help as its not their system. The hotel also offers an in house coffee shop and small market for the base necessities. Its a good option if you need to be in the neighborhood for business.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel at all. We were shocked to learn that the parking garage charged $50 a day and had to be paid through an app. The concierge at the check-in scoffed at me when I asked if that price was for hotel guests as well. Our room was also disappointing. The window was mostly blocked, the coffee machine had to be replaced, and the shower water pressure was weak. We also saw the floor our room was on had signs everywhere warning guests that the floor had tobacco smoke despite the management insisting that it is a smoke-free hotel. I assume the floor used to be a smoking floor and the management did not want to be honest about putting guests in formerly smoking-rooms. I saw another review here after we arrived that explains it best; deceptive practices. Don't waste your money, pay a little extra and stay somewhere nicer and closer or bite the bullet and go with a niche hotel. Marriott has really lowered their standards.

This hotel is a well kept secret. Our stay was wonderful. The staff is friendly, receptive and willing to assist in any way. Our room was clean, bright and comfortable. The restaurant is a good choice based on hotel restaurants. We were more than pleasantly surprised and would be happy to stay there again.
