Excellent service! The driver was on time, polite, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. The car was clean, and driver was in uniform. A nice touch was the water with their logo, which showed great attention to detail. Overall, excellent service.

Our ride from the hotel to the cruise port was wonderful, BUT from cruise port to the hotel was horrendous. I'll admit traffic could have been a factor, but I called 3 times and was told the shuttle was on the way, there are 2. Not so, only one and we froze waiting. There are 2 best westerns and the second shuttle did not go to the line for O'Donnell street and people who just came out of terminal were sent to the other line and were transported ahead of those waiting. I was the leader of a group of 21 and many including myself called an Uber. Many took taxis and because they had no receipt were not reimbursed. All in all a terrible experience.
