While I understand why antique malls use strict no-return policies, common sense and discretion must apply—especially for loyal customers. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this antique mall, so it is incredibly insulting to be treated like a scammer over a vendor's mistake. I purchased 4 magazines that a dealer had sealed inside clear plastic bags and taped them all up. I respected the fact she didn't want them opened. When I got home, I discovered three of the magazines had cut-up pages and were completely worthless. I brought them back the next day to show the clerk, but she didn’t care at all. She gave a blanket excuse about customers damaging items after leaving or switching out parts. She completely ignored that the dealer sealed these damaged items themselves. This total lack of customer empathy and refusal to help a regular returning customer is terrible business. Be very careful buying sealed items here and know the customer does not come first.

This place hosts the most comprehensive selection of vinyls I have seen so far in all the antique stores throughout the US. It is not the sheer amount but the quality of the records. Lots of them still originally wrapped.
