I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS HOTEL! (For reference about our stay, we drove from Michigan to Texas so I could have back surgery in Plano) I had a very invasive double lumbar disc replacement surgery at the Texas Back Institute in Plano in August and needed a clean and comfy place to recover. I had originally booked a room at a hotel near this one that was $20 more per day and only offered paid valet parking per day. Last minute on the day we needed to check in, I decided to look online around the area again to see if there were any other hotels I had missed before. I came across this one and instantly canceled our other hotel and booked here. BEST DECISION EVER. Extremely clean, beautiful, friendly staff, conveniently located near the freeway, restaurants, and shopping. The room was set up like an extended stay-full kitchen with dishwasher, sink, full size refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker, microwave, stove, dishes, pots/pans, etc. There room also had a living room with a couch and TV, a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a tv, and a full bathroom with a gorgeous and pristine stand up shower with a glass door. I am normally a crazy germaphobe who brings her own sheets, shower shoes, and cleaning supplies to hotels but even tho I did set the bed up with my own linen for after surgery, I didn’t even bother with the shower shoes or cleaning supplies. It was spotless and just felt well taken care of. The staff was incredibly kind when I came waddling in after my over night stay in the hospital and every time they encountered me in the hall walking around in my thigh high TED stockings. They had a full snack room by the front desk, breakfast was included and had a breakfast taco bar every morning along with a full spread of other items. Target is right behind this hotel so we were able to grocery shop and store everything in our room so I didn’t have to leave or get food delivered while I was recovering. Parking lot was big enough for our truck and the extended bed car hauler we were towing at the time. I don’t know that I’ll be back in Frisco but if I do come back I won’t stay anywhere else and unfortunately every hotel I stay in from now on will be held to this high standard, which may ruin hotels for me lol. Thank you to the staff for making a tough week in my life so wonderful!

Excellent Stay !! Highly Recommend Homewood Suites!I've been a regular guest at Homewood Suites, staying for extended durations both last year and again in 2026, and every visit has been truly pleasant. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and always greet guests with a warm smile, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with regular housekeeping keeping everything spotless throughout the stay. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and the Wednesday evening light dinner is a great touch—perfect for catching up with fellow guests in a relaxed setting.While the entire team has been wonderful, I do want to give a special shoutout to Judy Avila. She's incredibly helpful and consistently goes above and beyond with her warm smile, making everyone feel right at home.Overall, a fantastic team and a hotel I’d gladly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable,extended stay!!

We loved our stay! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and especially great for a longer stay. Having laundry facilities was incredibly convenient. The pool was lovely, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

The has to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in many. Perfect one bedroom tons of towels great amenities in the room. Great lighting many extra blankets and pillows. Pool spa area very nice and clean nice big pool towels. Breakfast was great been to many free breakfast and they were lame this Breakfast was great selection and all fresh. I recommend if in this area stay here. Close to shopping and easy access to highway close to the Dallas cowboy practice field like a mile or less can see the hotel from our room. Homewood Corp should take note and train all other franchises to mimic this hotel in Frisco. The staff are great and pleasant Thk u 4 a great stay

Location is perfect for visiting Universal Kids Resort in Frisco. There are so many other activities to do nearby. The rooms are extremely cleanly. Value is great for the quality of rooms. Lastly the hotel staff. ISIS was working front desk. And let me tell you she went above and beyond for me and my family. We praise her professionalism and ensuring my family was accommodated. Thank you Hilton for employing the best of the best.
