Moira is part izakaya, part sushi bar, where guests receive the utmost in service and food made with quality ingredients. On the izakaya menu, you have a choice of kara-age (fried chicken, seaweed and chili pepper), New Style Crudo which is a white fish in Ponzu and garlic-scallion oil or one of the delectable Poké combinations. The sashimi and makimono selections are just as varied and just as delicious as well, try the Jade made with soft-shell crab. One dish that merits attention all by itself is the Kurobuta Chaha which is Berkshire Pork Sausage, scallions, soy, veggies and a fried egg, the amalgam of flavors is quite remarkable.
