I will never stay here again started in one room bed spread had stains we asked for another room blankets were still stained, mattress was dirty like it was dragged outside when brought in.. the carpet was awful and stinked, I had to clean out the refrigerator before using it and wipe down the night stand and TV area and the desk.. the bathroom was terrible I don't see how they think that's suitable for anyone, I went to buy something to clean the bathroom, tub was so stained up and dirty, someone's hair strands were still in there floors were nasty.. I'm glad I traveled with my own sheets and pillow cases... if you do come here bring slippers cleaning supplies sheets, blanket... bed isn't comfortable.

I tried to change my reservation. I was given one number, presumably the location of the motel and tried to call it several times. They tout 24 hour front desk, but no one ever answered. I found a different number to call, and again NO ONE ever answered. Thoroughly disgusted!

They just moved me to another room.In this room the light in my bathroom was not working.Mike, the maintenance worker comes to fix it for me.Then the owner of this hotel Sally came to my room and was screaming at Mike that he supposed to be working already in a different room,that he is spending too much time in my room...I told her what I think about this place and the management of this hotel straight to her face after she yelled at him!This people, family business owners are running this hotel really bad!All what they care about is money!!!They don't appreciate anyone at all!My welcoming to this hotel in the 1st time,I found used condom on the left side of my bed, and lubrication gel on the right side of my bed!I don't blame the housekeepers,I blame the management of this hotel.Nothing is working here!Also splashing my toilet was not working.Then there was bucket with a mop inside in a dirty black water staying there for 3 days in the hallway!Disgusting!!!Please choose another place.You don't want to be part of this nightmare!I also feel like they should give me my money back for this nightmare!I forgot to mention,Horrible breakfast!I will only take coffee and tangerine

This was not a pleasant experience. On the positive side, the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. The TV had multiple channel selections. Water was hot with excellent pressure. A/C was cold, even on a 100-degree day. However, I am disabled and had asked for an accessible room, only to be told all rooms had tubs (no walk-in showers) and there were NO grab bars. The web site states free full breakfast and free hot breakfast (which is common for Quality Inns). This location offered continental breakfast only. The front door had not been painted in years. The tub was absolutely filthy.

On 01/13/2026, I checked in to this hotel, along with 12 other coworkers from out of town. The bathroom in my hotel room was dirty and still had a used bar of soap in the shower. During the night, while I was asleep, I was awakened by a loud bang. I got out of bed and discovered that somebody had just attempted to enter my room. The security swing bar on the door stopped the intruder(s) from entering. When I informed the female front desk agent about what had happened, her response was: I'll make a note of it.. (An unknown individual attempted to enter my room while I was asleep. My personal safety was compromised. In response, the hotel will 'make a note of it'.). The following morning I learned that all of my coworkers had similar experiences. We immediately relocated to a different hotel. The QUALITY INN TULSA CENTRAL lost out on selling 13 rooms for 10 nights. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
