It was in desperate need of a deep clean, dusty everywesr...lamps, bathroom sink vanity...the bathroom fan was so dusty..practically blocked. The bed skirt was wrinkled and poorly put on. When I asked for a TV guide at desk I was given papers covered in plastic that I didn't want to touch. It was filthy. Never again...the price was high...
MoreThe first room they gave us had a strong mold smell. When I asked to switch, I was told the mold odor was because it was an accessible room — which makes absolutely no sense.The second room wasn’t any better. The floor was sticky, and the entire room reeked of cheap cleaning chemicals so strong they were suffocating. We actually had to use our own towels to wipe things down just to be able to breathe.The mattress was so old and worn out it sagged toward the middle, forcing us into the center of the bed and leaving us with terrible back pain.Even the bathtub was in rough shape, with large, sloppy patches and a sticky, unsafe floor.
MoreWe only came for 1 night may 24th and check out the 25th. I called to make the reservation and the same lady i talked to checked us in(a little early also) she was so polite and accommodating, everything else was perfect, even down to the breakfast when we were leaving.
