It's rare to find a reasonably priced hotel that is clean, has a good breakfast, and has decent beds. We've stayed three times at this hotel. It's been highly consistent. I'm writing this review because I hesitate about hotels with under four stars, but no one should hesitate about this one.

We had a great stay at the Americinn in Sioux Falls SD. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite room was clean and roomy and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty. The hotel is close to shops, bars and restaurants. We would stay there again!

Great sleep, friendly staff, overall great stay and breakfast

Awful experience. Room was full of fleas and we both woke up with bites all over our hands and legs. Terrible service. Breakfast was poor. When we complained and asked to talk to the manager or owner, no response. Do not stay here!

We stayed at this hotel during our cross-country road trip and it was our first experience with this hotel brand. We weren't quite sure what to expect, but we ended up being pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day on the road. The staff was friendly, and the overall property exceeded our expectations for a brand we hadn't stayed with before. If you're passing through Sioux Falls, this is a great option. We had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this brand again in the future.
