Spent 4 nights here. The place was under renovation and before I made the reservation, I asked if the pool would be affected. They told me, no, so I made the reservation, only to discover that the pool was, indeed, closed. Really pissed. The breakfast was sub-par, even for a Hampton Inn. I also found the staff behind the desk, not particularly nice. One day, I asked for a bottle of water and was told that since I received a complimentary one at check-in, I would have to pay for another. They didn't give me a discount when they closed the pool,... so cheap to charge patrons for a bottle of water! Will never return here!
MoreProperty desperately in need of renovation! Sheets below Motel 6 quality. One elevator out of service and the other on its last leg in a 6 story building. Beds and shower OK. Breakfast fair. Location good but there are many other hotels nearby.
MoreNot a good time to stay at this location, as the 5th & 6th floors are currently getting remodeled, and the construction crews are working from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily, so expect the typical constuction-type noises during these hours. When I asked directly, the remodeling activities will continue with the remaining floors (1-4), with a planned completion in Nov 2026.If you have already committed to staying at this location, the construction will also limit the choice of rooms, too.
MoreGreat location near the business I was visiting, and very helpful staff. The facilities were clean with pleasant decor. When I arrived to check in, it turned out that I had screwed up my reservation, but James at the front desk was able to offer guidance and get me set up with a great room at a great price. Two thumbs up for fantastic customer service with a great attitude. Definitely recommend this hotel.
MoreDo not stay at this hotel. Room was old, dirty, moldy, missing doors on cabinets and the breakfast was sub par. They could not even make oatmeal correctly. My wife was possibly getting ill from the mold in both showers. We checked out early. The hotel manager, Vince refused to issue a credit for the time remaining. Stay away, dirty property, bad breakfast and unconcerned management.
