WOW the staff was great! Super helpful and upbeat. There is parking in back so if fronts full go around. Hotel is clean and has a NEW feeling to it. Breakfast was great, the welcome gifts for Bonvoy members were a nice touch and fun - Got to spin the wheel for Marriott points ! Had a great stay !

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and super friendly. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was good with some fresh options like cubed fruit. We unfortunately were there to make funeral arrangements and the staff at the front desk were kind and considerate of this issue. It was quiet and close to the interstate and Walmart if that is needed. Great stay and would do it over again.

The hotel was nice and clean in the common areas and the room. Our comforter had what appeared to be hot sauce stains on it. I didn’t notice the night before as it was late and we were so tired. When I inspected the room I missed it. My husband slept in it as we had two queens. This makes me wonder if it was changed from the previous stay. The pillows were not comfortable at all and not what we are used to due their fullness and height. Also, the shower curtain liner was not long enough to keep the water from spilling out. It was a bit of a mess. These are the only issues. The breakfast area was super clean and attended well. The associate working the area was super nice. Front desk staff were really nice as well.

We stayed one night at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Conway and had an excellent experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Parking was easy, and the location is great — close to the interstate and restaurants. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hot breakfast the next morning was very good. For the price, this hotel is hard to beat. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful and nice, motel close to McAllister's and Mexican restaurant, don't need to get out in traffic. Beware: do not use a GPS to find motel, it routed us around town via two round about circles and came to discover the hotel was very near where we got into town. Ask clerk when get into town directions. Seemed to be an older dated motel but clean, although when got in room the bathroom smelled like urine. I woke up at 2:30 am cold to discover I had no comforter, just sheet and thin spread. I was tired from travel and did not notice when got in room. My roommate had one on her bed. There were no blankets in the closets or drawers. I went to the front desk to get one and they said housekeeper must have ran out. I was compensated for the inconvenience and smelly bathroom. I would stay again, but check the room before taking it.
