tripadvisorI really enjoyed my stay! The rooms were clean and quiet, the staff was warm and helpful, and the light rail made getting to the airport a breeze. Excellent value for the price, and I’d happily stay here again!
MoreWe stayed in a suite. It was a decent size, but the amenities were pretty bare-bones. There was a mini fridge under the TV and a coffee maker on a side table. The bathroom was updated and nice, but the rest of the room could use some attention. The TV in the living area was old and flickered.Breakfast offered a generous selection of options, but the quality was lacking. Overall, it was just OK.The hotel has a bar, but the bartender also handles the front desk , so be prepared to exercise a little patience! On the plus side, they had a massive projector screen for watching games, which was a lot of fun.The biggest disappointment, though, was finding a live cockroach in the first-floor bathroom near the gym. We’ll be visiting Minneapolis again, but we won’t be staying at this hotel. It’s not terrible; it just wasn’t for us. There’s definitely room for improvement!
MoreThe bed was hard and the lounge food took over 2 hours. Then came out and could tell been sitting under the warmer for a while. Had 1 bartender trying to handle a 100+ people ordering food and drinks after a Vikings game. Condiments containers were all melted and sauce spilled all over stuff. Management wasn’t even apologetic or concerned about the service.
MoreIf you want to attend a Vikings football game, this hotel is ideal. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the stadium at most and is also relatively close to public transportation. The rooms are decent, clean, and really spacious.Unfortunately, the breakfast selection is very limited. If you’re only staying 1–3 nights, that’s not a problem, but we were there for 5 nights, and it did get a bit monotonous since there wasn’t much variety. The pool is closed and apparently won’t be reopening.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
MorePool is closed forever but the site still advertises as operational. Maint guy helped himself into my room while I was out for breakfast. My underage daughter and her friends were still sleeping in there and awakened by him entering their room. Scary. I had no hot water and the room was $500/night. Not sure what for. All around awful. Front desk staff was very helpful. Blame goes to management for allowing this standard practice of workers entering the room without being let in by guests.
