tripadvisorMy wife and I recently stayed at the 4S Seattle and had a tremendous experience. The guest experience manager, Gun, greeted us at the door and was on the job with restaurant and local recommendations. He was ever present throughout our stay and his positive welcoming attitude was infectious with everyone from the front desk to the valets. Can’t wait to go back!
MoreI think this is a good spot if you must go to Seattle. Clean room- good food. Smaller hotel. Good views. Nice bed. Felt safe solo there. Lots of business travelers. Restaurant packed but manager was nice and made me a little spot by the fireplace. Good bar for getting a lunch. I recommend this place if you are taking a red eye to Europe /Asia and have to connect through Seattle. Use Amex to book and get the late check out of 4pm. Do a gym workout there and rest. This helped a lot when I arrived in Europe and felt very rested actually.
MoreThis property is great, as almost all of the Four Seasons are. Everything is as expected, great service, the rooms are comfortable and laid out nicely. The wait and bar staff are very good also, as is the food in the restaurant – generally. However, for some reason the breakfast is almost subpar (at least in terms of the quality you would expect from Four Seasons)The bagels are horrendous, the pork sausage dry and tasteless as cardboard, even the pancakes were pretty cherry without slathering a lot of butter on them. And all of this is accompanied by the worst kind of music – either really sloppy AI junk, or they hired a bunch of highschoolers with laptops to make ambient music. Are they trying to save money? Really weird, and a blemish on an otherwise wonderful stay.
MoreThe resort, the experience, the grounds and especially the people were phenomenal form arrival to departure. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is close to the piers as well as Pike's Market and restaurants. Despite the location the rooms and resort is quiet. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable as the hotel offered an upgrade given our special occasion. The staff was attentive and referenced us by name during the course of our stay. What is so unique about Four Seasons is they always go the extra step on small things consistently - it is as though it is a standard of behavior.
MoreAfter a luxury Alaskan cruise, we chose the Four Seasons Seattle as we have enjoyed stays in Four Season Hotels all over the world and also because of its location a couple of blocks from the popular waterfront Pike Place Market. While we enjoyed our stay and our room, there were details and general lack of attentiveness well below Four Seasons standards and our expectations. Perhaps there were too many pre-and-post cruise passenger guests, perhaps the area franchisee. Lobby bar service was slow while bartenders chatted with each other, concierge appeared to be not well informed. And there was noticeable hesitation to offer the Hotel’s courtesy car.
