The staff here was shockingly rude, we couldn't believe how unwelcomed we felt upon entering the shop. We looked around for a bit and another couple was greeted and offered samples while we were ignored. We waited a bit for someone to ask if we wanted anything because we would've still tried their chocolates but none of the employees bothered to help us. Glad we saved our money for a better chocolate shop.

We went to Mignon Chocolates based on reviews, in hopes of finding some gifts. My co-workers had covered my Christmas call shifts so I could travel from MA to CA to watch my kids in the Rose Parade. When I asked if there were any Rose-related items, young man working said, Ummmm....you must be from out of town because no one who is from here has ever asked for that. Rude but we kept looking. Since they did not anything I thought would be a special 'thank you gift, I asked about boxes of four mixed chocolates. Nope, they didn't have those either. We left with a few assorted items for ourselves which were good but nothing really special. Poor, rude service--go elsewhere.

Excellent service. Price is reasonable for the artisan chocolates. Was given a sampling. Location is quite central. Street parking quite convenient, within walking distance to the shop.

My office is nearby and I’ve visiting a couple of times but their selection is very limited. I just went this week before Easter and they practically had no Easter items on sale. There were a few vintage looking foil wrapped chocolate rabbits in the window but I was quickly told these were for display only. They had next to nothing Easter related for actual sale. This is the kind of local independent business that you really want to do well, you just know that poor management will be its downfall. Such a shame as it could’ve been something special.

Very quaint small chocolate store. Being California, I figured it would cost an atm and a leg for the amount of chocolate we bought. To our astonishment, it was very reasonable. The lady behind the counter was very nice, and let us sample several sweets. Should we ever go back to Pasadena, we certainly pop by to purchase more chocolate.
