The hotel was not very clean. The morning I was checking out there was a large dead insect laying on the floor which I believe was a roach. Talking with another guest in the parking lot he said he found roaches in his room. The breakfast was meh at best. The only thing that tasted good was the yogurt and that's prepackaged. Be aware, the hotel charges an optional $1.50 per day for the safe in your room but you cannot decline the charge and you must request it refunded upon checkout. This is a scam in my opinion because the hotel knows most people will forget. We will never stay in this hotel again

With impending severe weather, and short notice, my husband and I decided to forgo staying in our mobile home and find a hotel locally. We had a challenge with knowing that we would not leave our 4 little kitty’s behind and that they would definitely be coming with us. Sleep Inn and Suites was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to work with us to provide us the best possible price for both room and pet fees and keeping us all together at the same time. The facility was very clean, beds were average (I’ve slept on much worse) but they provided lots of pillows which for me, was a massive plus! Bathroom was spacious with a nice walkin shower and plenty of towels. The pool area looked clean and well kept but could have been a bit more private and considering the location of it, could have had extended hours beyond what was posted in my opinion. The hot breakfast was good - sausages and make yourself waffles being the stars, but some more varied fruit and nice breakfast pastries would have added to the experience to make it exceptional. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. I know we would stay again, especially if the need arises for any other future weather event so we can be safe and worry free.

The hotel was very clean and the mattress was comfortable. The staff was nice. We recently had some less than positive experiences at other hotels so it was nice not to have any issues after traveling all day. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel itself is average and offers some amenities such as a small indoor pool and an above average breakfast. The check-in staff didn't communicate in English very well and I experienced a disagreement at check-in which was difficult to navigate since I could barely understand them. There did't seem to be many people working there who were from this country. The beds are double size and very small so if you plan on sharing a bed with someone keep that in mind. The room smelled musty which I believe was from a poorly working air conditioner. On a positive note, the towels were clean and soft, there are plenty of pillows, and as I mentioned the breakfast was pretty good. Given everything, I don't plan to stay here again. I will pay a bit more and stay somewhere else where I feel more welcome.

I have stayed here twice now. The customer service is great. The rooms and premises are very clean and well maintained. i have not tried the breakfast yet. I normally stay at high end hotels, but took a chance on this due to reviews I read. I'm glad I did and will come here again.
