I booked with this hotel four weeks in advance with a cancellation guarantee. Five days before the trip there was a travel advisory, I contacted the hotel to cancel the reservation. They refused to refund my payment. I elected to make the trip regardless of the advisory. When I arrived they told me they had no more rooms. I asked for a refund, they promised to do it. After four calls of them promising a refund it was never provided. I disputed this with my credit card, but the hotel responded they were not at fault and I was not granted a refund. I was out $350 because of their errors and greed. I do not recommend this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms for 5 nites well in advance. I slept one hour night before our drive to get to this hotel, was on the road from 5:30am til midnight wanting a shower and bed cuz we had to be somewhere for 10am. Got in our room and immediately smelled mold and mildewy. The bathtub and bathroom floor are gross, I have pictures, mold all in the grout. There was a dirty wet washcloth that fell on me from the shower curtain when I pulled it back. My husband drove so he was desperately in need of sleep and knocked out telling me there was no manager til the morning. Meanwhile my sinuses are burning and I’m getting a pounding headache from the mildew smell already. Decide to wash my face(with my OWN washcloth) and try to tuff it out cuz like I said, long drive, one hour sleep in 2 days so I go to close the curtains to change and because there are two giant street lights beaming directly onto our bed. Curtains won’t close. At all.mAnyone can see right in and it looks like daylight outside our window. I have photos and video of it all. I rig them closed with some hair clips, still trying to make the best of it. The odium we brought in from the car is not touching the odor, my head is pounding but now I’m beyond sleep deprived and just wanna cry. I take my shoes off and immediately when my bare foot touches the floor…carpet, wet. Here, there, EVERYWHERE. Now I wanna puke. I get dressed and go downstairs. No one at desk so I ring the bell. No one. I ho sit outside and call because I CAN’t be in that disgusting room. Finally someone answers. They sound like they’re on the moon, or maybe in the Titan sub or something. They hang up so I call back and explain the situation. Guy tells me he’s the only one here so can’t switch our room til the morning around 8:30-9. Mins you we came here for a festival and we’re PLANNING to be showered dressed and gone by that time, not changing g rooms and wasting time getting that sorted. The guy had already given us THIS room, why on earth could he not just put us in another? Anyway, dejected, depressed and disgusted I have no choice but to return to my disgusting room unless I wanna sleep in the lobby, which I did consider because at least it didn’t stink there. Anyways, I get to the room, husband snoring away cuz he’s exhausted as am I but now I’m wondering if the bedcover is even safe so I pull my side down intending to sleep on the fitted sheet using my own travel blankie because surely they changed THAY, right? Right? I find it wrinkled, mussed up and untucked. So WAS it changed? There’s specks of something on it. Now I’m crying. I can’t sleep on the wet carpet, the sofa looks scary so I must stay on this bed. I have no choice. My poor husband worked HARD to get us this trip together before his son ships out next month so I don’t want him to feel bad but this is just the worst and it’s not my husband’s fault but he’ll probably feel bad about it anyway. The WORST experience so far of any hotel ever and only been here less than 3 hrs. . I find it hard to believe they couldn’t navigate just moving us. The hotel is not full as far as I am aware. What would they do if a tub sprung a leak at night? Make them wait til the am? This is all so unacceptable and unfair.

This hotel double charged me without telling me, cleared my account out and then smiled while they said they couldn't do anything about it till the stay was finished. Corporate was also ultimately unhelpful as well. STEER CLEAR!!!
