We had a fantastic stay. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff really couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We will definitely plan to stay here again on future trips to Anchorage.Another nice plus...this hotel is tucked away into a neighborhood away from the immediate area near the airport. Hotels located closer to the airport are in an area that has a lot of sketchy activity. At no time during our stay did we feel anything but safe.

Convenient place to land after a long day of travel when all you want to do is wind down and have a clean comfortable place to sleep. A very good breakfast to start your day and get your Alaskan adventure going.

We quite enjoyed our brief stay at this property, despite some mild drawbacks. The stay began with a very welcome free shuttle ride in the hotel’s dedicated van — no sharing with other properties! Check-in was smooth and pleasant. In fact, all the staffers we encountered were friendly and helpful. The evening front desk gal recommended Milano’s Pizza and it really was some of the best we’ve ever had anywhere. It was reasonably-priced, piping hot, and delivered in a timely fashion right to our room. But back to the hotel . . . The swimming pool looked doubtful, with something weird floating on the surface, so we didn’t even consider trying it. The TV in the room didn’t work because a crucial cable had apparently come undone, but that was rectified. And yes, there was some ambient noise, both inside and from outside the hotel. However, the room was clean and spacious. There was an abundance of towels and pillows. The bed was comfortable and the black-out curtains worked. The room was well-equipped for longer stays, with a dedicated “kitchen” sink, very cold fridge and a microwave. All the usual amenities for in-room beverages were well-stocked. The decor throughout is interesting and photogenic. Best of all, it’s near the airport and there’s a free, on-demand shuttle. The dining room is very clean and with nice, rustic Alaskan decor.The included breakfast was the usual hotel fare, but almost everything you’d want or expect was there, The attendants worked non-stop to ensure that it was clean and hot food was constantly put out, even toward the end of the breakfast service hours. So, yes, there were a few minor problems, but overall we enjoyed our stay at this property and would certainly stay there again.

Great location, nice rooms, breakfast was standard Choice Hotels but still good.

Location is great being very close to the airport and I enjoy our stays here as the rooms are very spacious and with our family of 4 the adult kids can have their own room and my wife and I can have the other. The noise level is low so easy to get a good nights sleep. The pillows are too soft for my liking but other than that it is a very comfortable hotel. This is one of the less espensive hotels near the airport and it comes with a nice free breakfast.
