The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The rooms have multiple lighting options which is convenient if your doing business, reading, or just relaxing. The cleanliness of the entire place is top notch. Anything that I requested was done for me expediently. The location is ideal for someone that wants to site see, visit businesses downtown or just relax in the room. There are multiple great options for delivery or for a night out for dinner and cocktails. The breakfast was a great touch. It's filling, hot, real food made fresh. As a coffee addict, I was a big fan of complimentary coffee in the lobby 24hrs a day. Check in and out was a breeze with the assistance of the front desk staff. No matter what time of day or night, they were there and ready to help. And of course I can't leave out the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies they keep on hand in the lobby for any passing guest to indulge themselves. This is a hotel that I will definitely stay at again, gladly. I give it 5 stars out of 5. Great job to all the staff and thank you for the experience! See you on my next stay!

An experience that exceeded our expectations! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Even though it’s a small hotel, it has everything you need to feel comfortable, relaxed, and very well taken care of. But without a doubt, what truly stands out is the staff: sweet, attentive, and genuinely kind... the kind of people who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.And the surprise we absolutely loved: a beautiful welcome souvenir! Such a small detail, but one that says so much about the care they put into making their guests feel special.We left very happy and already wanting to come back. Would I stay here again? 100 times over! ❤️

Very nice motel for a few days in Greenville. The hot breakfast had several choices. The motel was clean, neat, quiet, and comfortable. It is convenient to downtown restaurants and activities, and about a 20 minute drive to Furman University.

Im from nyc so its my first time visiting. And i had a blast rooms was super clean. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Edgar who was at the hotel when I was there made the experience worth it. He was kind and very helpful.

I most definitely would not recommend this place at all as you see most of all the reviews are stating how thin the walls are and how the cleanliness of this property is. Unfortunately, I was a victim of being banned from this property because of a noise complaint that I was never told or informed onI work late hours and typically use the side doors of the hotel that I am staying in for my safety because of that action, the management assumed of nefarious and suspicious activity and decided to kick me out. Claiming that guests had to be moved, and there were complaints of noises when every room is absolutely paper thin walls.On top of that, I was not given my deposit back while being kicked out at 6 o’clock in the morning and was never able to get my money back for the two nights. I never got to stay.I definitely do not recommend this property at all as for them being completely horrible and assuming I was doing something wrong because of my use of the side doors. With that, I had to sleep in my car until I was able to check in another hotel at 3 PMBeing in a different state and kicked out of a room and having to find somewhere to go for almost 6 hours will never settle or sit right with me Caucasian Manager is the main one that caused a scene by banging on my door and screaming that the police is on the way when none of that was necessary I am absolutely broken at her actions when I’ve been to the property prior three weeks in a row and never had any problems with the other management.I definitely would recommend seeking out other options and since coming back to Greenville, I have found much better properties that are clean the rooms smell better than the mildew there and the showers actually stay hot then what they do at the sleep inn. 0/10 do not recommend and I am still going to make sure I get my refund because they are making it very difficult and blaming me for actions that are not feasible.
