Great art exhibition space that challenges your perspective. Really enjoyed the exhibit focussed on climate. Strongly recommend.

Was in the neighborhood for a conference and took a good hour to visit this Gallery space. They had a photography exhibit and it was wonderful. If I lived here, I would attend events and check out there new exhibits. Great to find a place that promotes social justice through art. I would say plan about 15-60 minutes for your visit.

The exhibits and other activities such as lectures, movies, round tables, etc. focus on social change/justice including environmentalism, gender issues, culturally disenfranchised populations, current political issues, etc. The opening receptions are characterized by being lavish attracting a multitude who enjoy socializing. If you are new in town, this is a place to make connections in the arts world and community. Some of their exhibits may be classified as crafty/folk (costumes, retro items, and the like), others are deeply politically rooted. This gallery is definitly for those who think out of the box.

A nice art venue. The neighborhood is a little shady, but the art gallery is well set up and a bright spot for art in the area. Clean, with nice people and atmosphere.

ArtRage is a small space that has liberal/ political art exhibits, music and movie events. The subject matter is always interesting. A tiny store that shares the space sells artwork and items from the Syracuse Cultural Workers. Event admission is a modest $5-20, and donations are welcomed. The neighborhood is poor.
