To save having to transit from international terminal to domestic at LAX I decided to be picked up and driven from LAX to my accommodation in San Diego.I recommend Half Moon Car service - Jeff was very professional - all communication was great and on point. The drive was comfortable and included snacks and a commentary of the sights. After a long international flight the door to door service made the last leg of the trip easy and comfortable.

We used Half Moon Limos for a one way trip from San Diego to Long Beach. The service and the price were both fantastic. The price was less than a one way car rental or an uber. Our driver John was awesome. He was right on time (actually a little early which was good). He was friendly and was able to give us quite a bit of information about the area, since we aren't from California.The car the spotless and big enough to hold 5 suitcases and the two of us.This was a great service and if I'm in the area again I will certainly use them.

I can't say enough good things about Half Moon. I've used them several times (all 5 star experiences), but the last one takes the cake. My airline and their partner airline (their systems don't talk to each other well enough) jerked me around, and when we arrived at the airport in Italy, we were informed our last flight leg no longer existed, so we had to change flights. And then our running to catch flights began, and I never had the opportunity to contact Half Moon to let them know about the flight changes, until we arrived in Chicago (which wasn't where I was supposed to be coming home from). Meanwhile, Half Moon had been trying to contact my airline, sending driver to a different airport, all trying to be there when I landed. Before my last flight from Chicago, we did connect, and they were there for me when I landed in SAN. They went beyond out of their way with their service. And at the heart of their service, was Nick (our driver) who has driven us each time we used Half Moon. Nick is what all drivers should be. Great guy, FANTASTIC communication / keeping us informed skills. On time. ALL the things you want in a limo driver. Thanks Nick and Half Moon.

This company has made my life SO much better when I need to be at the airport or at a concert. Nick is amazing. We love John too. This is a great group of guys and very flexible and on time! John has picked me up from more then 1 concert when we were late getting out and separated from our group and he's awesome about getting us all home safe and sound

I contacted Half Moon a couple days before my daughter-in-laws parents arrived at LAX. I needed them to be picked up and then taken to San Diego. Half Moon immediately returned my call. I booked the car to pick up her parents and gave them the flight arrangements. However it was international travel and they needed to go through customs so the time that would take was a consideration. Nick had contacted me and had all the details of the flight. It was supposed to arrive on Sunday at 9:30 but came in two hours earlier. Never fear Nick had been tracking the flight and was there for flight arrival. Despite LAX having no parking- he maintained continuous contact with myself and my daughter-in-law and even had contact with her parents that speak minimal English. Nick then kept us aware of when they would arrive at my son and daughter-in-laws home. Not only that he also was aware that he might have to change the delivery location as my d-i-l is due to have a baby at any moment and he may have needed to take them to the hospital. Kudos to Half Moon Limos. They were great.
