I am deeply disappointed with how management handles serious employee misconduct at this property. Housekeeping staff have been using guest rooms for inappropriate personal matters during work hours. (i.e, affairs with taken and married men) Even after a formal complaint was brought directly to hotel management regarding this behavior, no appropriate action was taken, and the employee in question remains on staff. The lack of accountability and disregard for professionalism from management is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here if you expect a high standard of ethics and oversight.

We used Anchorage as our home base during our recent travels to Alaska. Stayed 3 nights on 3 visits, so 3 different rooms. The King rooms seem to be better quality than the queen. The room with 2 queens was worn. Also, there are tub shower combos in the queen rooms. Whereas the king has a walk in shower, which we prefer. Overall, the rooms were clean and quiet. The bed comfy and pillows fluffy. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy and timely. Very centrally located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Juno the onsite restaurant was very good and easy. Prices in the area at other hotels were higher than expected and I thought this was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Arrived at 11am room not ready. Said would be ready by 4pm latest and we could leave luggage. They said they would call when room ready. No phone call so returned at 4pm and room was readyTaken to a large unlocked meeting room and told to get our luggage. No check to see it was ours. Not a secure luggage store. No one available to assist with taking luggage (5 large items) to room Room awful. Some items of headlines were faded yellow like the net curtains Main curtains don’t close despite the location having a sunset past 11pmA/C kept going on and off. Each time it went on it woke you up - sounded like a train in your room Other random noises kept coming from the plumbingLocation was 10 min drive from downtown

Nice mid-range hotel in a great location in midtown Anchorage. It's close to a number of restaurants and shops, and only a 10 minute drive from downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and gave us good tips for where to eat and how to get to the fair. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were able to store our luggage when we spent 2 nights in a different town, and they have laundry facilities. The one star off is because the breakfast was so-so, and the first room we stayed in had a somewhat broken bed. But overall it's a great hotel and we would stay there again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It is a beautiful and friendly place! The entire staff was amazing and made me feel like one of their friends from the moment I checked it! They were helpful to local places I needed to go!
