tripadvisorAlways amazing. All the arts and crafts are high end beautiful and so much fun. If you’re in the area this is great for families, couples or singles - always welcoming and great to take a break and relax your mind
MoreFound this place on Groupon to paint pottery, and so glad I did! When we arrived, Alyssa was so patient so kind. Took the time to show us everything. Super friendly, constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything or help with anything. The shop is real cute, with something for everyone. From craft kits, canvas, pottery, glass and more. Wide selection. While we were there, was a children's birthday party going on. Great place to have a party! Events each month for all ages. After Alyssa left, Sarah came and she was just as much of a pleasure. Very sweet and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Pay for your piece(s) and they supply the rest. We spent all day there painting our several pottery pieces. We look forward to another trip, maybe even join an event
MoreI've visited the Studio for Art & Craft probably close to a 100 times over the years. I've taken their Paint and Sip classes, their pottery wheel 6wk class, and am actually taking a glass fusing class tonite. My son held an elementary school birthday party here, and I've also sent him to some of their camp programs over the years! This place is fabulous! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They offer a wide range of activities for pretty much any artsy-craftsy type project, and I cannot express how much kids LOOOOOVE their programs!!! I'll be back here 100 more times, I'm sure!! Fabulous place with fabulous staff! Great addition to Main St, Cobleskill.
MoreMy nieces had so much fun painting pottery here and the staff is very helpful. During our visit I found out they have an excellent summer camp program that starts in July. I can't wait to sign them up and come back again. I choose to make a Fused glass dish while I was at the studio and I was amazed at how easy it was and how good my dish came out. Turns out you don't have to be an artist to make something crafty. Can't wait for the next visit.
MoreThe Studio is such a gem! I stopped in just to check it out and honestly could have spent all day there! There are a ton of projects/crafts you can work on in the store - painting pottery, glass projects, jewelry, etc. And so much more to take home (hello coloring books!!). The staff there is super friendly and patiently showed me around the store explaining the different projects. We only hung out for a couple hours, but could have spent all day. They also do a ton of classes which I am anxious to check out!
