I want to apologize to the staff for being blacked out but the staff was amazing from the morning crew to the overnight. Thanks for fashion advice and thank goodness I somehow managed to make it back to my room. The bed was super comfortable and the room was great overall. 10/10 would stay here again

MoreVery clean and quiet with updated interiors and nice pool! They don't serve a free breakfast and that was the only downside to staying. There is a nice little restaurant downstairs where you can order something but we're just used to a free breakfast. Near lots of retail!
MoreExcellent place to stay. Clean, friendly, and safe area. Walked in at 8:30 pm desperate for a room after the place we had initially booked turned out to be horrible. Staff was understanding, sympathetic, and accommodating. And our room was only $5 more, but the difference was night and day.
MoreThis place is the worst HGI I have stayed at. The customer service is beyond pathetic. Rooms were dirty, asked for a cleaning and confirmed the request. Came back that evening and nothing. The evening attendant was apologetic but not much she could do.Last night of the stay… went to the lobby to ask to buy a couple bottles of water and was basically assaulted with questions. I DIDN’T GET TO ASK TO BUY THE WATER…. Stay somewhere else!
