Being on the water is great and the people too but the customer service and corporate part of it is terrible. Replace Grace Fuller please!

worst experience ever. We even paid for the upgrade. Service was terrible. She served everyone else but skipped us. I had to ask the waiter to take our food order. The appetizer was prepaid, yet it never came until we asked for it. Everyone else got dessert, and we still hadn’t even received our meal.Vip seating almost the same as everyone else .Drinks took over 25 minutes to arrive, and they got the order wrong. I asked for ketchup for the kids’ meal four times—20 minutes later, I finally got up and told them I’d get it myself from the kitchen since they couldn’t.The location on Google Maps is also completely wrong. I have never tipped zero in my 30 years, and even with bad service, I always leave at least 10%. But today was terrible in every aspect.

This tour was better than the previous chores we’ve ever done Patrick on the sea dog taught us more in 75 minutes that I’ve learned in 25 years. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us thorough insight to the architectural wonders of Chicago, especially along the river. This tour gave us not only a river tour and we were able to look at all the buildings, but also took us out on the lake so we had a beautiful city view

Shameful waste of money and time. Hornblower is taking full liberties with the term cruise. The boat slowly moves up and down Navy pier...upgraded to first class seating, menu, and unlimited drinks. Disappointing is an understatement. Meal was awful raw vegetables in half and half slop. Dessert was honeydew and a few strawberries...no sauce no garnish. Unlimited drinks were a single round...that's $150 for two drinks (one each) and two glasses of champagne (again one each). Bar service does not honor first class upgrade, so we ended up spending $300 for 2 drinks each...Nightclubs don't rip you off that bad. DJ/dancefloor available for final 10 minutes of evening. Do not waste your money.

UPDATE: Currently on hold on the phone for the supervisor. Lupe just told me that they RANDOMLY cancelled cruise guests. They should have cancelled guests that booked later then 4/21. Will update when I get an answer for this ridiculous and unacceptable behavior. UPDATE 2: Spoke to Supervisor Tineda and she said she had no authority to cancel anyone else (really?). She said CORPORATE was in charge of that. I don't mean to cancel someone else but if someone booked after me then I'm just trying to be fair. Will wait at the pier to see if there is any availability.Same thing happened to me as the gentlemen below. Booked cruise on 4/21 (well in advance) for the 6/12 dinner cruise and they sent me an email 6/10 saying they had to cancel due to capacity constraints. They said they will refund me completely and offer a window table upgrade in the future; however, they should not have overbooked the event in the first place. When I spoke to Desiree she said that it is common for them to get overbooked. Most importantly they should have let me know much sooner so I could adjust my plans and book another date. I am from the west coast and am only in Chicago for this weekend. To call this an inconvenience is an understatement. It's not like I can just go to the cruise the next weekend unless they want to pay for my plane ticket.
