I’m really sad to be writing this review. I’ve loved WHW for a long time. Recently I went for a massage. I asked for deep tissue and the therapist simply was not able to do it. This is a common massage modality, and the website advertises deep tissue. So I spent a lot of money, looking for pain relief, and was not able to get it, because when I booked they did not disclose that this therapist could do not do a primary modality. Worse, when I asked for another massage the manager essentially told me that I shouldn’t come back to WHW, which really made me feel awful. My experiences prior to this have been excellent, so as I said, I am genuinely sad to be writing this review.

I had a scheduled appt which my sister cancelled for me as I was hospitalized and was not able to call my self. My sister was told it was not a problem and to call back to reschedule at my convenience however they still charged me a cancellation fee of 120 which we were never made aware of due to short notice. When I followed up with a phone call the manager was very rude and inconsiderate of my circumstance stating that the fee is given to the masseuse. To me this is bad business and poor customer service as the policy was not explained upfront I would not recommend this place I'm out 120 for no services rendered

This is a fantastic place to receive that long awaited massage! Both my husband and I, now in our 60s, have experienced the therapeutic healing that comes from routine massage. After moving to Massachusetts, we found our bodies were in real need of massage so we tried several different places in the area, but we found Water House Wellness was by far the best!! They have a great staff of people all well trained and licensed in therapeutic massage. Some specialize in more specific massage as well. Between my husband and I, we have experienced several different massage therapists. All were excellent. I have fibromyalgia. One of the massage therapists does myofasia massage on me which has helped tremendously. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Wonderful place very relaxing had a terrific massage for my first one. I will go back again to be relaxed. Office is on the second floor and massage rooms are on the third floor.
