Booked a deluxe king room via Chase. Room was not as pictured (at all, AT ALL) and front desk was not helpful whatsoever. They were, in fact, quite rude. Never had such poor service. I am not picky but it’s hard for me to construe this place at all positively. Should have trusted the other reviews.

MoreMy husband and I had trouble with our reservations, the problem was on my end, users error. We met Calvin at the front desk and I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was. Once we found the issue, Calvin immediately started to find a solution. He was so respectful and kind and I am so grateful to him for helping us in a situation that was totally my fault. He could have turned us away, but instead he chose to help us. Calvin is a star!! We will be coming back to stay here because we had a great experience!
MoreI stayed here the night before a surgery and wasn’t sure what to expect from this hotel since the price was so reasonable. I was completely wowed. Parking was easy, the Front Desk Manager, Calvin, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the hotel is beautiful. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the view was gorgeous. I would stay here again and again.
MoreShout out to Arnold at the front desk. He was great. The ladies at Starbucks were also wonderful. This was situated in the perfect location. The room was ok but the mattress was a little lumpy. Overall though, not bad for 1 night
