Reviews
tripadvisorThis small, boutique hotel is the perfect place to stay for a night or two to get away from the hustle and bustle of Boston but while still staying close to everything. It's a small hotel (only four floors with maybe 5-10 rooms/floor) and a small but upscale lobby, and the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming from start to finish. Our room was small and cozy, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was serviceable (and that's really all we needed). Our room came with a balcony which I would have absolutely used if we hadn't been staying here during a nor'easter. There's complimentary valet parking, and a Red Line T Station a 5-10 minute walk away. This hotel isn't too far from Harvard, so you might get the occasional noise, but it's not that noisy given the hotel's proximity to everything.
MoreAmazing place with an amazing staff !
MoreI requested a quiet room, and was assigned a room was on the first floor. Every 10 seconds or so there was a low but audible jackhammering sound (something in the HVAC system?) and rumbling in the hours that the T was running. I blasted white noise but it could not mask the sounds. I had a horrible night’s sleep. DO NOT stay here.
MoreI recently stayed at Hotel Veritas and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed without feeling overdone. It’s in a great location, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and explore the area. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the service. From the beginning, Chris was incredibly helpful and welcoming.Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Hotel Veritas to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay. The combination of location, atmosphere, and exceptional service—especially thanks to Chris—made it a memorable visit.
MoreApril 9, 2026 Started off strong but ended being verbally berated by front desk person. I prefer not to take to public shaming - I requested to speak with another team member but was refused a name and was told he was the only one available. Leaving this here because WHOA and hoping a team member sees this and reaches out. The only phone and email on the website are straight to the front desk. I have left his name off the review.Me, unfamiliar with the coffee machine at the front desk asked for assistanceFront Desk: I am not your personal baristaMe: I realize that.
