MoreWe have come here to use the beach, many years ago when the water was clear and lovely. Now this area is great for picnics and parties (make a reservation for a space), and for hikes in the greenery close to the city.
MoreThis is a big regional park where you can go for a picnic or to sit in the sun next to the lake. The lake is often closed due to algae. There are some walking trails. Good for bikers.
MoreI take long walks in this area on a regular basis, joined by my neighbors. This is a great urban park, perfect on a sunny day for a picnic and you can take a pleasant long walk here.
MoreThis regional park is a real gem for hikers, picnickers and sun bathers. It used to be a good place to swim but the lake is too often closed because of algae. Still a lovely spot very close to the built-up city.
