It is no longer called The Joyfull Jewel. The only sign I found was Art Gallery. Lots of creative items to see but couldn’t afford anything if I wanted to buy something. More of an art gallery than a shop.

This art store is set up for local and area artist to sell their work and walls are rented. If you are involved in the local art community you are more likely to get wall space regardless of your talent. So it may be your cup of tea or not depending on what you like as art is like that!

It's really fun to browse here for unique gifts. All of the artists, paintings and crafts are from North Carolina. We find this is a good place to find gifts for folks who get nostalgic for the Old North State.

What an amazing place! The minute you walk in the door you are flooded with creativity. Whether you are searching for jewelry, home decor, books, candles, handmade yarn wears, ect ect...this is the place. There is so much to look at and experience, plan on staying for awhile.
