Having recently moved here from Europe I thoroughly enjoy the setting in the Adriatic Village in McKinney. The atmosphere in Siena is peaceful and the facilities are spotless and tasteful. The staff's friendliness is over the top, the service great (do try their complimentary Bellini to start your relaxation before you even entered the treatment room!!!). I am a 'difficult' client to please with lots of joint and muscle problems and usually find massages too soft but Debbie takes the time to establish needs and wants and custom tailors every session. The offer of joining the Siena Club for local clients is great value for money, the offers for 'passing through' clients are appealing too. The treatments are ranging from the softest and most relaxing works to more serious and healing deep muscle treatment. The surrounding offers all kind of food establishments so do give them a try!

I took my daughters for a massage. It was a wonderful experience for me. Very relaxing and it wasn’t painful at all. I would go back again.

I have been coming to Siena for over a year because I always get a great massage. The price is totally reasonable, and signing up for the monthly Siena Club gets me to go regularly - and I need it! I have never been disappointed here. My favorite therapist is Dani - but I would recommend any of the ones I have had: Patrick, Jesse, and Brad. I like a very firm massage and I am tall and athletic. If you are looking for someone who will work out those overuse knots, you can't go wrong with any of them!Note: the therapists are scheduled back to back. They need 5-10 minutes to change over the rooms. An hour-long massage will generally be 50ish minutes. This is common practice here in Texas and should be expected. Enjoy!

Best massage ever! Please ask for Jesse he is amazing! I hold a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and after my 90 minute massage I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I don't like therapist that talk a lot and he was mostly silent except to ask if I was ok.. I may of even snoozed off a couple of times. I've already scheduled my follow up and can't wait until next Thursday.
