The no smoking policy is a joke. If I open any windows I get smoke fumes from the front or the back. Apparently most tenants smoke

Moved into nice spacious 2 bedroom in June with broken garbage disposal and no air conditioning. Took two weeks to get air fixed. About month after repair the air conditioner unit began to leak....
