Great staff. Worked with Monica to book transportation for 15 of us and luggage. It was a super last minute request. We needed to be picked up at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale at 8:30am, then driven around the city for sightseeing, then to FLL airport to drop off half the group - before heading to Miami for more sightseeing. Our flight out of Miami wasn't until 6:30pm that night. The bus driver was flexible, accommodating, and introduced us to a great Cuban coffee shop! So good. Monica worked with me to secure the bus driver - and accommodated our needs even when all the tour guides for that day were busy! Communication was quick and easy. Highly recommend!!

Our small group of six booked a private tour of Miami to fill time in the city between disembarking from a cruise and our late evening flight departure. We really enjoyed this tour. We had done a similar tour six years ago after another cruise and this tour was much better. The booking administration and communications were smooth and efficient. Our driver Alex was sweet, helpful and an excellent driver. The vehicle was roomy and comfortable. We could go wherever we wanted, but we chose to tour Miami beach, Wynwood, and Little Havana. For each area, there was pre-recorded audio, which was great - easy to hear and understand and very informative. We highly recommend this company and would gladly book with them again.

We enjoyed the tour. Johann did a good job of narration and showed lots of energy. He was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the stop in Little Havana the most. I think the web page that describes the tour needs to be updated.

#1 My family and I was there at 630am the bus did not arrive until 7:30. #2 I called at 7:17an no answer then I called at 7:35 and was informed to call back in 5 minutes if the bus is not there. I spoke with Sherri#3 A/C was freezing cold.#4 after leaving McDonalds the a/c went completely out for 38 minutes before the driver decided to pull over to check it. Which this took about 15 minutes.#5 Once arrived they did give us until 630 to be back on the bus which was nice.#6Then on the way back about an hour or hour and a half in the drive. The bus did the unthinkable. It shut complete off in the middle of the road. Everything and everyone were silent. Neither the tour guide nor driver said anything for the system. This was a big no no. We sat for about three minutes in the middle of the road. This was my family, and I worst experience with using a tour bus. On a happy note, Key West is beautiful.I would recommend the trip but definitely not the company unless you upgrade your buses.

We were 12 women celebrating our 50th birthday. We used the company for transportation to and from the airport and we had a whole day excursion to the Keys.Our driver Angel was simply amazing. He was charming, funny and really in tune with our vibe.
