Overall, I would give it 3-4 stars. First off, the price is so high $75 (as of today 10/11/2025). The front cashier, a young man gave us the impression that he is a warden at the prison, and we are the prisoners. No customer relationship conversation, but rather I tell you so and what to do as we are the first time there. Second, I agree that there should be no shoe in the facility, just socket you bring or rented for $1 a pair. But their staffs don't wear socks but Crockers and even sneakers in the Co-ed common area. You just can't do what you preach the customers not to! However, if you buy 10 admissions for $350 / can use in 1 year, then the price is $35However, the facility has more different types of dry sauna rooms. This is a plus. The foods are mediocre for Korean dishes BUT QUITE expensive.

I really enjoyed my time at King Spa and didn't think they were bigoted or exclusionary. Despite being a very anxious person, I found it super relaxing. I do have the privilege of passing well as a white MTF transsexual, but I think as long as you respect others, and dont shout from the rooftops about your identity, you will be treated with respect. There's a lot of Asian people but it was a pretty digerse crowd. They go by what's on your ID, unfortunately, but I'm not sure what else they would do to keep the space safe and comfortable for women. Here's my advice for trans people: - go on a weekday. we arrived at 11 and there were max 5 people in the wet spa which closes 1AM-7- bring a friend- pay the 20 to stay the night. we woke up at 7 and the wet spa was almost empty- if youre uncomfortable with the small orange towels, go past the lockers and grab a bigger gray towel- check groupon for deals- If you arent cool with feeling vulnerable, don't come to a nude spa... This is not a queer space, and that's ok. The only male looking part of me is my uh front bottom so to speak, which I was mostly able to cover by having my wife on one side of me, and holding the small towel they give you near my hip depending where other people are. I felt uncomfortable, but not unsafe. Remember, everyone else feels weird too. There was a transmasc person in the womens locker room wearing the gray uniform used for males. We heard them be asked are you a boy or a girl and they said girl. The spa attendant was like uhhh ok whatever, you're not bothering anybody. The nude wet spa is a very small part of the space, and the rest of it is clothed and coed. There are plenty of rooms you can be alone, and they all have cameras so people probably won't pull anything. Check out the oxygen room on the second floor and the base stone room if you have a lot of muscle tension. The only thing I can imagine them doing better is having nonbinary showers for people who don't wish to go through the locker room, but I think there's already a private shower in the bathroom (not sure). I'm not speaking for all trans people, but I did have a very good experience. Regarding sizing, everything runs big. My wife is plus size, she wears 2X tops and 3X bottoms, and she was fine with their L. She said it was kinda tight but not uncomfortable. I wear an L bottom and M top and i used an S comfortably

I took my cousin here for her birthday on 01/28 and we both really enjoyed our experience. We both got the Scrub, Massage and Facial, it was worth every penny. It was so relaxing, welcoming, clean, and a lot to take in on the first visit. We both agreed we will be back to try other services. I am so glad I followed my first mind and went early in the middle of the week. We were told weekends are super busy. If you have not been here its a must a try. I had Jenny and she did a great job providing me the service I wanted. This place is definitely a 10/10 for me.

Reading all the negative reviews inspired me to write this. I go here once a year and it's always an incredible experience, but you have to know what you're walking into. It's a traditional Korean bathhouse. Aside from the normal hot tubs, steam room, and warm pools, picture 10 massage tables lined up in a row with naked women on top and old ladies in underwear scrubbing layers of dead skin off your body for 40 min. Awkward at first, but it's amazing. So smooth after! The co-ed part is a bunch of different sauna rooms with various temperatures and health benefits (ie charcoal). There is a cafeteria with traditional Korean food. There is a movie theatre, rest area, nap area..it's literally open for 24 hours. It's a place to go to lounge and daudle. It would actually be perfect for someone with a long layover, but you'd want at least 4 hours here. You also get a uniform, aka super baggy t shirt and shorts. It looks ridiculous at first but everyone has it on so it becomes the norm. Someone said this place feels like an amusement park and it resonates. The staff can come off rude but they're not, they're just being Korean. If you come here, try to lean into all the weirdness and soak in the experience!

There was a woman with a penis in the ALL FEMALE soaking area. I don't know what the solution should be. I just feel people should be aware of the possibility.
