My cold water wasn't working couldn't shower our first night because we only had hot water! And when they fixed it the water was never cold just a little less hot!

Great place to stay if in the area! Very clean and friendly staff. Just what I needed. Room was work ready and able to relax and watch tv like I was home!

We always stay here when visiting family because of staff friendliness, cleanliness of room and hotel, quality of breakfast offering convenience to roads we travel on. if it were not a great hotel for the price, we would not stay here,

Disgusting hotel with extremely dirty rooms! Stains on all the sheets, pillows and walls. Dirty floors, bathroom and sink area. I dont think these rooms ever get cleaned. I would stay far away!

This is our go to and normally they are amazing ! So this trip some take aways light fixtures haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long in the room. Yet the most important thing is to make sure you communicate multiple times if you are someone who doesn’t want housekeeping. We asked for no house keeping and it was disrespected, and there is no privacy sign on the door to show we wanted no service. We came back to evidence they were in there ( items removed, trash out ,and bed made.) the evening staff was friendly and breakfast staff was too. The front desk am crew could learn a thing or two from them and smiling.
