I'm a pretty low maintenance traveler, but this is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. So much so that I started making a list... The room was not clean, smelled like a men's locker room, bathroom smelled of smoke, dirt and hair behind the bathroom door, baseboards were dirty, stained coverlets, damaged furniture, and no closet/hanging rod/hooks available for jackets were among the initial issues we noticed. Then it took an hour to get a cot for the room (which I had already called to order ahead of time) and they brought us a crib instead before taking even longer to correct the problem before we could put our kids to bed.In the morning, we went down to eat at 8:30 and found the breakfast area littered with trash because the trash cans had not been emptied and almost every food item empty, including milk, all juices, COFFEE, and waffle batter. It took at least a half hour for most to be refilled and I gave up before the coffee was refilled. The staff was dismissive in correcting most issues by saying they would take care of everything and then ignored the problem... this happened several times.

Stayed here during 50th class reunion event. Close to KSU, Amish country and family. Easy freeway access. Best pool of any hotel I've stayed at. Staff modified services due to Covid but they were diligent in making sure all surfaces were sanitized and all guests were protected.

Been staying here one week a year for 6 years and this will be my last. let me give you a long list of how awful.Front Lobby, looked like the floor had not been vacuumed in a few weeks. The couch had stains on it like someone had urinated on it.The continental Breakfast has resorted to a few bananas and maybe so cakes from the gas station out front.Washer and or Dryer was out of order.The hall ways smelled of mold and mildewThe lady's room in the lobby was out of order for a week.There was hardly never anyone at the front desk.We found a chicken bone, rusty nail and other items not sure of in the poolthe tile in the pool was held up with duct tapeglass in the ceiling of pool house was about to fall inlike some on commented earlier the only ice machines working are still the 3rd and 4th floorwater damage in the corner of our roomwall paper pealing all over the placedoor frames all chipped, scratched and in need of paint.Grass a foot high in the guttersBirds nest and algae on the front of the place.neither flag poles had a flag on it.Had to continue to get keys rescan( watch it they will give anyone a key to your room)There is plenty more, and i am sure that they will come back and stay this is not normal. I say it is their normal . fix the place and cleaning it up or shut it down is there best option

Amazing staff. Clean room. All around great hotel to stay at!! The new guy with the long hair was very professional and the manager, sorry forgot her name, but she was amazing. Service was spectacular. The room was amazing. Everything you needed was provided. Complimentary breakfast was simple and good. Overall will stay there again

Like the title says, the prices for what you're getting us great! This hotel has a small indoor water park, which consists of two slides, dumping buckets of water, a lazy river, and plenty room to swim. They've also got a jetted hot tub for the grown-ups, which was fantastic. The pool area was heated well, so even though the temperature outside was pretty cold inside that room felt like summer! There's also a small game room and a gym. Our bedroom was decent sized, not huge but not too small. My bed was EXTREMELY comfortable! All the staff I met seemed friendly. I will definitely be using this hotel again in the future and recommend it to anyone with kids!
