This place is fantastic. First, the restoration was completed to perfection! Nearly everything is “period appropriate” throughout the hotel. It feels like you’ve stepped back in time; but with the luxury feel of a Four Seasons Hotel. Literally. The room size was very generous, but even more comfortable. We were on the 13th floor and could see forever! The hotel lobby and stairs were amazing….don’t miss the details. The history of the hotel is also available in the lobby. What a history! The gym is well equipped and nice sized with dumbbell’s, cable machines and aerobic equipment. The restaurant is wonderful as well. Great food and great service in a very pleasant environment. This hotel is such a gem. One of our top hotel finds ever. Don’t miss it.

A classic very well restored 1930 hotel with pleasantly staffed restaurant and bar. Food and service were very good. One problem was some of the front desk staff were completely uninformed and unable to answer questions. Rooms were spacious: we would return!

Wonderful Hotel, nicely renovated. We did not want to leave. Loved everything about the hotel. We travel to New Mexico and this is our planned stop on the way. I hope it has a long happy second wind!
