Exquisite outdoor area. Various well appointed indoor options for most any event. The owner, Jamie, is gregarious, accommodating, and a very good head chef.

Brookside has done a great job of turning into a fantastic banquet venue. Highly recommend them any holiday parties, weddings etc

They closed the Spa part of it and are going to make it a lodge for the event center associated with it. My complaint is that I have a150.00 gift card . I called and they said they would return the money. It’s been 2 weeks now. I called a 2nd time and left a message, no response. I’m sure I’m not the only person with the same issue.

I have been a client at Brookside Gardens for five years now. I receive consistently great service and quality. I have used cut, color and spa services. I would recommend Brookside to everyone!

First of all, I am writing this review for the wedding venue, not the salon. Second, I want to be clear that I didn't book this venue. My experience comes solely from meeting with the staff to tour the venue in consideration of hosting my brother's wedding here ( I went along with him and his fiance). That said, I really didn't much care for it. The venue is pretty nice looking, but the staff are more than a little lacking. The fact is, they are hairstylists who decided to do wedding planning as an afterthought. This is evidenced by the fact that the first thing they showed us on the tour was the salon and all it's components. I found it confusing frankly, since we were there on appointment in regards to a wedding, not a massage. My other complaints were the fact that the woman who gave us the tour never inquired about our names,making it feel really impersonal, which isn't what I suspect anyone wants for their wedding and that she laughed (literally laughed) at us when we asked about bar packages that are open bar paid per person by the hour. Apparently that was just unheard of for her as a by the glass option is all they offer. As a professional in the hospitality industry I was amazed by that fact and frankly lost a huge amount of confidence in her competence regarding wedding planning for being unaware that such bar packages are fairly common. I just didn't feel good about it and the prices were, in my opinion, unreasonable as well. You'd do better I think to go somewhere where their focus is centered on weddings and they have the experience to back them up.
