My sister and I had individual massages today and they were amazing! I had Pat. She did such a wonderful 90 minute massage. I’m 56 yo female with extra aches & pains from RA, past surgeries etc. totally amazing massage, she worked on specific areas and all areas. Added some CBD to the neck area was terrific as for 2 hours after I wasn’t in pain highly recommend this. Facilities were excellent. 5 stars! My sister and I are always high end product buyers if it’s worth it, & Aristas products are pricey but worth it! Go get your massages !! Enjoy

I cannot say enough great things about Arista Spa & Salon. My bridesmaids, mom, and I spent nearly a whole Saturday at the spa, all getting different treatments, to celebrate my bridal shower weekend. I mainly worked with Nancy, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure that my bridal party and I were taken care of. She worked with me both before the weekend and the day of the event to make sure everything went smoothly.On the day of, Nancy consistently checked on my party to see if we needed any mimosa refills, brought food up from the hotel restaurant when the girls got hungry, and made sure each girl could get every service they wanted.The spa itself is so clean and absolutely beautiful. It provided such a special and relaxing environment for all of us to hang out in. The staff were all so kind and truly talented at what they do. They made each one of us feel like VIPs! I truly cannot wait to come back to the Arista Spa & Salon!

I book a couple message for my birthday in June. I didn't write a review at that time as I really enjoyed the experience, waiting room, locker room, amenities and the staff. But as I am looking for a suite and spa for our anniversary in October - my husband and I both commented that we did not enjoy our massages at Arista Spa. Why? His tub wouldn't retain the water and the massage was more of a tease, light touching and rubbing and not releasing muscle tension. They didn't even ask us about the pressure, and maybe we should have said something but we were so involved in the experience. We feel we were cheated on our money, with the exception of the experience.

My mom and I visited today for 90 minute massages. From the time we walked in, I knew we'd made the right decision to try the Arista Spa. I'd stayed at the hotel previously and adored it! The spa was definitely a hidden gem. We were shown the full service salon area with hair, nails and pedicures with gorgeous windows looking out. Then we were taken back to the locker room. Everything was thought of. There was a dry bar for your hair and all the little toiletries you'd expect at a great spa. They also had several really nice showers as well as a sauna! After changing, we sat in the relaxation room which was very nice. When it was time for our service, I was just really impressed by the attention to all the little details in decor and trying to make it relaxing. It really was! The massage was heavenly! The hot stones on my feet and neck were perfect when it's winter in Illinois. I also loved the warm neck pillow so much, I even bought one! The massage was really great! I felt so much better afterwards. I didn't know there was a spa so close to me that I could feel so relaxed in (usually my favorite spas are on vacation) but this one was just as good! Thank you so much for a day I desperately needed to relax and stay warm and snuggly. I feel like a new person! Will DEFINITELY return soon!

I love this hotel. We had a room with two queen beds. The bath room is unbelievable. Truly spa like. Wonderful staff and amenities. The only thing that would have improved the stay would have been BeautyRest mattresses.
