My close friends and I had our 30 year high school reunion. We all voted to stay at Woodsprings Springs based on the affordability and location. We arrived and our room we reserved wasnt ready. We didn't mind waiting as these things happen however we couldn't help but to overhear the manager speaking to other guests who were also waiting but clearly unhappy. She explained they could go somewhere else, said her hotel was probably out of their budget, as well as a few rather unsavory things under her breath and was extremely out of line. We became so uncomfortable by this woman we decided to take our business elsewhere!

Recently traveled to lexington on buissness for a few days and booked a room with the it was horrible i was on the 4th floor hotel has a awful smell staff is rude and ended up leaving early due to the obvious drug activity and prostitutes on my floor did not feel safe or comfortable at all would not recomend.

We paid $85 for one night and were shocked by the condition of this room. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival.The most disturbing part was finding methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia left in the room. No paying guest should ever encounter illegal drugs in a room that is supposed to be cleaned and inspected before check in.This is a serious health and safety issue, especially for families with children. For $85, I expected at least a clean and safe room. Instead, we found a room that felt neglected and unsafe. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Pictures are all Art renderings from the build. The beds are as cheap as they come. They rob guests by making you purchase cookware and even a coffee pot. Internet doesn't work. Its a slum property. Will only clean the room every 2 weeks, charge for linens extra unless you catch it and tell them you will wash your own. Vending machines charge almost 500% more than you would in a store. More full time residents than there is business clientele. I'd be ashamed to say if I owned this place.

The entire staff are Wonderful. The hotel and rooms are clean. Plus it's so quit. I would recommend this hotel for over night or long term Close to everything you need. Also if you forgot your key. The over night staff are quick at answering the phone and coming straight down.
