The Good:Spacious room with comfortable bedding.Property appears to have been refurbished and is very well maintained.The staff were very helpful and respectful.Kitchen and appliances were in good working order.The two room suite was perfect for our stay.Complimentary breakfast and no charge for parking.EV charging was great to have onsite.The Bad:Nothing to report.

Buyer beware. We booked a last minute room here thru trip advisor but when we arrived the hotel did not have the room. They claim it was trip advisor’s fault. We were charged for the room but had to go to another hotel. We contacted trip advisor the next day assuming we would have NO problem getting our money back . The outsourced customer service I talked too said he had to contact the hotel then the hotel staff told him that we did stay at the hotel so our refund request was denied. We ended up booking a room thru ihg hotel group and got 2 nice rooms. We are still waiting for a resolution. Take away don’t book thru Trip Advisor.

The property room was spacious and nicely upgraded. The front desk staff team member was very gracious and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Lamond was cordial and inviting with all of the guests. He promptly refilled food and beverages.

The ChargePoint app is not correct. There is no EV charging station at this hotel; I asked the front desk. Tip: there are two Universal EV Level 2 chargers on the NW side of the Hilton Garden Inn, and I have used them

They charged my card for $194 dollars for a room i didn’t stay in… I was able to speaking with the general manager she would’ve hear me out and told me to call the 800 numbers for help just to clock out .. and then I was told they couldn’t refund me she would hv to .. They
