I don’t think I will be returning to this movie theater anytime soon. The theater has a tip already added onto the bill. From the service I received it was not good. The servers do not have any motivation to ear their tip. I had to call for service twice because they forgot what I had requested for, even though the server walked by me multiple times. This movie theater will be a no for me.

Our Usual Destination for Celebrating Birthdays is Hollywood Palms. For years they gave out Free Birthday Movie Tickets ..not this year ....stopped doing that ...bummerThe Website says Sr Discount over 60, Matinee 9.00. The Employee doing Tickets said No not true ..the discount is 13.00....that's only 2.00 off the Regular Admission Price.We get into our seats in Movie theater and it's my son's Birthday. She said he gets a Birthday Sundae. We order drinks & food. My son ordered a Rum & Coke and later asked for another Run & Coke. The theater had like only 12 people in the room. Not only did we not get the Birthday Sundae but my son Never got his second drink. And it wasn't that busy.On top of that, they make you pay an 18 % Gratuity Automatically! I really wouldn't have given that due to service. My Birthday is in May, May have to skip Hollywood Palms ...too much

I got a picture of margarita and drank the entire pitcher alone an felt like I drank a pitcher of kool-aid and I'm not a drinker. Food need to be upgraded or they need a new cook. Taste like the food at a nursing home. But ok

Comfortable chairs. Food was good first time. Second time food not great. Decent drinks and service.

We used to go a lot when my kids were little.Nice place to get drinks, get dinner sorted and veg out in comfy chairs while kids are entertained.It took out multiple decisioning out of the picture - food, entertaining and adult needs of say drinks. I’ve been caught dozing off while the kids watched their favorite movie one evening.
