Place is very run down since our last booking.Subpar air conditioning during s hot and humid stay.Cherry on top-our room was cleaned in the morning and we came back around 10p after being gone all day to our door Wide Open. Contacted front desk who clearly didn't care. Will tell everyone we know to not book this hotel as your belongings are not safe.

Hotel rooms were normal. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Location is just ok. Not too many restaurants around, especially in walking distance. So if you don’t have transportation, this wouldn’t be a great fit. My real problem is with management for multiple reasons. 1. I received a email the morning I was driving from Arkansas to Minnesota saying that they had changed their policy regarding breakfast. There would be no breakfast provided for most of my stay. How convenient to send me an email while I am traveling saying the policy about breakfast has changed. Poorly done, but disappointments are a part of life.2. We had to leave early on this points stay because of a medical emergency. They hotel said they would refund my points for the shortened stay, but I have never seen them. I have emailed them multiple times and only received one reply saying that both rooms were occupied for all nights. I have called Marriott Customer Service 5 times now and they more confused than ever. Evidently Marriott will not allow them to adjust points or reimburse the customer any longer. The way this has been handled has left me extremely confused and upset. Even the Marriott Customer Service Reps can’t explain what is going on. After spending 30 minutes plus on 5 phone calls, with each rep saying something different, I am done! Did I get the points back, NO. Even the reps couldn’t see where the points were reimbursed. The hotel stopped responding to me after one email and didn’t respond to my voicemails at all. Thanks Woodbury Sheraton, you made our family mini vacation difficult and extremely frustrating! We won’t be back, not that you care…

Wonderful hotel, clean, well decorated. Fabulous and comfy pillows and beds, full size bathroom essentials with fabulous scents. Pleasant staff - hotel on site (pricey but decent) only downfall no free breakfast. Nice set too me we’ve been in the last few hotel trips

Upon entering room first thing I noticed was large gouge on door and panels on door on theCLUB LEVEL were peeling up. First impression was this place needs updates. I entered the room and it was a tiny king room. There was no room to lay out my laptop and get . Went to the bathroom and found black drip marks around the door frame and also the entrance door frame. THIS IS NASTY… I didn’t even try to bring out the UV inspection light. This is unacceptable for the $362 I spent for 2 nights. Front desk could not offer a refund because I used Expedia (never again) nor offer a better room or equal room or lesser room with comps…. I ended up leaving with no refund and went to Laquita across the street where the rooms are clean, building maintained, and large rooms with lots of space and a desk to work at..

This is an excellent hotel. I assume it predominately caters for business people during the week and is delightfully quieter over the weekend. We got a great weekend deal on a club level double room, which was large, clean, stylish with a large window for plentiful natural light. The location was perfect for visiting our family and close to a nearby shopping area (including TJ Maxx) - very necessary as my luggage fell apart upon arrival. Michael at check in was extremely professional and a friendly presence throughout the weekend.
